History

For many years historians questioned the nature of the Phoenicians who were scattered across the Mediterranean basin. For many years, they tried to understand what pushed this race to face the dangers of the sea while seeking out new land. Was it for the love of contact and trade, their wish to connect the sea with land or their intention to create a commercial network across the Mediterranean? …. Contrary to the Greeks who set out mainly to settle, the Phoenicians were constantly in search of new markets, encouraged by the idea of finishing a maritime adventure.

ENERGIS. was established in 1992 by one man, with the help of Phoenician tradesmen, who set out to provide efficient and structured support to French and European companies wishing to develop their markets in the Middle East. The main objective of Jihad Feghali, an MBA graduate of INSEAD, Fontainebleau and also a graduate of l’Ecole Catholique des Arts et Métiers (ECAM), was to assure the strategic and logistic interface between French, European companies and companies in the Middle East.
Specialised in the transfer of technology between Europe and the Middle East, the aim of ENERGIS. is to distribute specific equipment and products from French and European countries to areas such as the Gulf, Middle East and North Africa.
